Happy Sweet 16 Kacey!!!

Today my baby girl is 16!!! It's so hard to believe how fast time has flown by!

Yesterday we went to see Wicked! It was the best thing ever! Kacey was so pumped after she saw it. She's big into theater right now!


She's also having a theme party today at my mom's. Everyone is coming dressed as someone famous from the 50/60. Being that these are Theater Kids I'm sure they'll come in character as well. I've actually been given permission to take a picture of each kid dressed up!

Slow and steady wins the race!

Has to be my new motto! I am down another pound. I'll take it! I had a few cupcakes over the weekend from Austin's party, followed by a few chocolate chip cookies. So the fact that the rest of my week was good and I still hit the gym 4 times is fabulous! I'm also down to a new digit in my weight so that's exciting! I'm not ready to say where I am give me another 10 lbs. LOL I'm down 9 altogether now.

Oh and I also figured out the false really low weight that one week. This morning when I first stepped on the scale it told me I was 4 lbs lighter that I really am. I was like no way did I lose 5 lbs. So I moved the scale and tried again and was down 1 lb. Which was much more believable. So I felt the floor with my foot. It's believed in that spot! LOL

Fun weekend ahead. Last 2 performances of Macbeth for Kacey, I'm selling tickets tonight so I should be able to see the play again myself! Bailey has a soccer tournament, so 2 games tomorrow (have to leave at 6 am! Yuck on that part! LOL) and at least 1 on Sunday.

But what will I be doing on Sunday you ask????????

I'm taking Kacey for her 16th, yes I said 16! Birthday! Wohoo! It will be our first musical of this caliber. My mom and Tom are going with us. I'm so excited!!!

I'm mad at the scale today!!!

Why can't losing weight be as easy as gaining it is? LOL Weigh in day, down one messly pound. I guess it's better than being up but damn! When is eating right and working out 5 days a week going to pay off??

I did get into an older pair of pants yesterday that are a size smaller, so I guess I just have to be patient!

Kacey had opening night of her first play last night. Macbeth, it was amazing! I'm just in awe of how wonderful a high school performance can be! She rocked! Even if she bearly said anything! LOL

Today Austin is 14!!

It's hard to believe that this cute little 1 year old, happy, chubby, loveable, cutie is now a rotten teen! LOL Ok he's not rotten but he is a teen and sure acts like one. LOL

D Day!

Well Fridays have now become my official weigh in day. After last week when I weighed myself early and got all excited because I was down 10.5. I don't know what was going on that day, and I guess I shouldn't have gotten excited becasue today I'm up 3.5 lbs. With excersizing every SINGLE day since last Friday and eatting well, besides last Friday when I went to a babyshower, but even then I didn't go CRAZY. Oh well I'm still happy that I've lost 7 lbs since Aug 26th. I did start AF on Tuesday so maybe a touch of it is that but I really don't get it other wise. I was really high the begining of the week, so I know I took weight back off. It's a bummer but I'm moving on and looking forward.

On another note. My sweet little B has been gone since Tuesday at Science Camp. She comes back today around 3:00 pm. I'm really anxious to see her. We received 2 calls on Wednsday taht she was coughing a lot and them wanting to give her some allergy meds. Darn it if I forogt to have her take her daily stuff the 2 days prior to her going and then again forgot to back it with her. So she might be a big puffy grouchy mess when she gets home. Which won't fair well for her 6:45 soccer game tongiht. That we need to leave around 5:30 to get to. Not much down time for her or time to rest. I hope she's being a trooper and comes home happy!!!

Then there's little E, she has missed B so badly. She's been lonely, on top of B being gone, the big K has been at play practice every night this week until at least 10:00 pm. Yesterday we took dinner to K and little E was crushed that she didn't acctually get to see her when we took it. Her dear (LOL yeah right) brother had been nothing but mean and picking on her since they've been the only 2 home all week.

Blah blah blah!!!

I'm having one of those weeks, sitting at home feeling sorry for myself. No money to do anything or go anywhere, including the grocery store. Sucks! I really wish I could find a job during the day.

I'm afraid to weigh in tomorrow, I think last Friday's really low weight was a fluke, I'm much higher today, and I've been working out like crazy and still eating well. I'm so bummed already. But at least I haven't self defeated myself by going on a binge to make it better. Wish I hadn't weighed myself last Friday! LOL Oh well got to roll with the punches eventually I'll get down to what my fake weight was last week! LOL

Walking Weekend Day 3

So again today I woke up early on my own. So unlike me, but whatever so I went for a walk again. This time I took a different route. Much hillier and wow when I got home I realized I had been gone for 55 minutes! LOL I had no idea it had been that long.

Yesterday I got a little scrapping in, haven't done that since May. Felt good, however it stinks when you go to do something like that and your paper trimmer is dull and your out of things you really NEED to do a basic page! LOL

Kids are off selling golf balls again. Austin went alone yesterday and made $27. Later Bailey and Emma went together and made $20. Austin and Emma are out there now. Bailey's pissed at me that my last load of laundry wasn't done so she didn't have a clean "bra" to go out and help them. I tried to convince her the golfers didn't care. LOL The joy of having another girl creep towards teeanage!

I Got Up Early on a Saturday!

And I didn't even have to for soccer! LOL So Kacey was suppose to be up and gone by 6:30 today, (she Jr. Coaches a cheer squad) I woke up at 6:20 and found her still asleep. Ops! LOL needless to say I couldn't fall back to sleep, but normally I would lay in bed till 8 trying. Today I got up and put my gym clothes on and went for a job/walk. Ok I mostly walked, but I did jog a few times for short periods. I was out for about 35 minuets. Came home and ate, woke up the girls and jumped in the shower. We hit Starbucks and then headed to watch Kacey's girls cheer.

So now it's 11:13 am and I feel like I've been up forever and now I don't know what to do with myself! LOL

YAHOOOOOOOOO!!!!!

So today I did something I usually don't do and tell everyone else not to do it. I weighed myself before I was suppose to. I had to, yesterday the shorts I was wearing we bugging me because they were TOO LOOSE!! Belt as tight as it would go. So this morning for the hell of it I weighed myself again (just did on Monday for my first week weigh in.) When I saw the numbers I couldn't believe it, had to be wrong, scale broken. So I stepped off and then on again. Same numbers. I dropped 7 pounds since Monday! 10.5 lbs in less than 2 weeks. Yay me! So hopefully I'll continue to do so well and stay motivated!! Go Susie!!!

Productive Week!

Yes I have been productive! Go me! Yesterday I finally cleaned my poor neglected house. It so needed that. Then today I woke up so sore! LOL Go figure. I went to the gym this morning and got on the eliptical. After 5 minutes I thought I was going to die my legs hurt so bad. So I hoped off and went on the treadmill.

Came home showered, went on job interview to be a substiutude ad at the school district. I'm not holding my breath as they were interviewing us in groups at 3 at a time! After that got pay check in bank, paid house payment, and went to the grocery store. Getting to were I can't afford to feed my family any more! Fun times! Got done just in time to pick up Emma. Now it's that time to run kids around!

I'm slowly running out of steam and my day isn't even close to over!
